Wattapac is a member in good standing with the Institute of Plumbing South Africa (IOPSA). The products have been sold to many of our members throughout the country and the feedback we have received has been extremely positive. Our service teams have been using the Wattapac systems on all our warranty and insurance cases.
Our teams have given positive feedback and have advised that the Wattapac unit is useful and very helpful when working on sites such as flats and/or companies where the geyser drainage can be difficult to work with.
The Teams have also advised that the usage of the unit is simple to understand and user friendly to use onsite, and that the carry bags are easy to handle and are made for easy storage of the unit.
The water saving has had a positive response from each customer/case attended to. On an average each team saves +-600Litre of water a day. Having introduced the Wattapac to the service department has created a more professional image for our warranty department, and showcases us as a step ahead of the market.

The Wattapac has become a necessary part of the Kwikot Western Cape Plumbers arsenal. It is been a valuable addition to our already world class service, to be able to do the right thing for the customer and deliver expert service and not waste a drop of water doing it. We have been using the Wattapac since December 2017 with great success. Clients appreciate the consideration and respect we show when saving water. We have 6 installing teams at a minimum of a 150L geyser per day, you do the math. We also use it when replacing elements and do at least 6 per day. We had no failure on either the pump nor the bladder and must congratulate you on
your follow up service.
